Materials are checked on arrival. Each construction stage — foundation, lintel, roof, plastering, finishing — passes a defined inspection before the next stage begins. Nothing is hidden behind the next layer of work.

5-year structural warranty

Every ND Construction build carries a 5-year structural warranty. If anything we built moves, cracks, or fails for reasons within our scope of work, we come back and fix it — at no cost to you.

Weekly progress with photos

You receive a written weekly progress update with photographs from the site. You always know what's been done, what's next, and whether we're on schedule — without having to visit the site yourself.
